Abstract:
Hematological tumors, also known as neoplastic diseases of blood, include acute/chronic leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and myeloproliferative diseases. They are malignant diseases that seriously threaten human health. In recent years,as epigenetics has become one of the research hotspots in medicine, many scholars have discovered new therapeutic targets for hematological tumors through exploring the epigenetics mechanism and developed corresponding drugs. It reveals that the alteration in epigenetic modification will become a new direction for clinical diagnosis, targeted therapy and prognosis evaluation of hematological tumors. This article reviews the research advances in relationship between epigenetic regulation and hematological tumors, and the application of epigenetic targeted therapy in hematologic malignancies.
