Research advances in role of lncRNA in traumatic spinal cord injury and brain injury

  • 摘要: lncRNA通过调节神经元的外生长、分化和突触形成进而促进神经系统的发育并调节突触的可塑性。深入了解lncRNA在调节急性中枢神经系统损伤相关病理生理机制中的作用,可为研发治疗神经损伤的有效药物提供实验基础和理论依据。大量的研究证实lncRNA的表达失调影响神经性疼痛的发生。本综述回顾了近期lncRNA在脊髓损伤和脑损伤中的研究进展,以及lncRNA在神经性疼痛发生机制中的研究进展和作为治疗靶点的潜在效用。

     

    Abstract: lncRNA promotes the development of nervous system and regulates synaptic plasticity by regulating the growth,differentiation and synaptic formation of neurons.Therefore,a better understanding of the role of lncRNA in regulating pathophysiological mechanisms associated with acute central nervous system injury will provide experimental and theoretical evidences for the development of effective drugs for nerve injury.Numerous studies have demonstrated that how the disorder of lncRNA expression affects the mechanism of neuropathic pain.This paper reviews recent advances in the study of lncRNA in spinal cord injury and brain injury,as well as the research progress of lncRNA in the pathogenesis of neuropathic pain and its potential utility as a therapeutic target.
