Field epidemiological investigation on COVID-19: Techniques and practice

摘要: 结合现场流行病学调查指南，优化新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情调查处置程序。在疫情处置过程中对确诊病例调查时要坚持电话调查、视频调查与面访相结合的方式。面访时需严格采取二级防护标准，避免交叉感染。调查中信息记录要双人双记，互相补充。现场处置程序可优化为个案调查、密切接触者排查、提出防控措施、撰写报告、疫情随访、疫情资料归档等环节。对疫情现场防控建议要紧紧围绕切断传播途径、保护易感人群两个方面，防止出现措施不力，也要避免矫枉过正。

Abstract: Combined with field epidemiological investigation guidelines, we optimize related procedures for new coronavirus infection pneumonia (NCIP). In the process of field epidemic investigation, we should use methods like telephone, video and face-to-face interview. During face-to-face interview, we must protect ourselves with secondary protection standard. The two investigators should record the information at the same time and then complement each other. The field investigation of COVID-19 epidemic procedure includes individual investigation, close contact investigation, prevention and control measures, report writing, the epidemic follow-up and the epidemic data archiving. Suggestions for field prevention and control should focus on cutting off transmissions and protecting susceptible people.
