5例轻症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的护理及医护人员防护

Clinical management to mild novel coronavirus pneumonia and protection of medical staff: A 5-cases series

摘要:
目的对5例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者从入院到治愈过程的护理及医护人员防护措施进行总结。
方法分析2020年1月23日- 2月3日我中心收治第一批在武汉居住或有武汉旅游史的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者，其中5例轻症患者临床表现为发热、咳嗽、乏力，肺部CT显示磨玻璃影，采取抗病毒、吸氧、止咳等对症治疗，消毒隔离和防护处置。
结果 5例患者平均住院时间8 d，均治愈出院。
结论轻症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者通过规范治疗和护理可痊愈，医护人员通过严密防护可以避免感染。

Abstract:
Objective To summarize the nursing care and protective measures to 5 patients with mild novel coronavirus-infected pneumonia from admission to healing.
Methods Medical data of the first batch of patients with confirmed novel coronavirus pneumonia in our hospital from January 23, 2020 were collected. They presented with mild symptoms, such as fever, cough, fatigue. Chest CT scan showed ground glass opacity. Disinfection, isolation measures and symptomatic treatment such as antivirotic treatment, oxygen therapy and cough relieving were applied.
Results The average length of hospital stay was 8 days, and all patients were cured and discharged.
Conclusion Patients with mild novel coronavirus pneumonia can be cured by standard treatment and nursing care, and medical staff avoid infection through strict protection.
