摘要: 跨膜蛋白(transmembrane protein,TMEM)基因家族广泛参与细胞膜结构的组成,如内质网、溶酶体和高尔基体。研究发现在消化系统恶性肿瘤中TMEM基因的表达常发生异常改变。TMEM蛋白参与调控消化系统肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和迁移等功能,在消化系统恶性肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。对TMEM在消化系统恶性肿瘤领域的研究有助于寻找新的临床诊断和预后标记物。

Abstract: Transmembrane proteins (TMEM) are presented in the biological membrane,such as endoplasmic reticulum,lysosomes and golgi bodies.Studies have found that aberrant expression of TMEM genes family is involved in the digestive system cancer.TMEM proteins participate in proliferation,invasion and migration of the carcinogenesis of digestive system cancer cells.Understanding the relationship between the TMEM genes family and the digestive system cancer contribute to discovering potential clinical diagnostic and prognostic biomarker for this disease.
