转录因子MUM1/IRF4在淋巴瘤中的作用机制研究进展

  • 摘要: MUM1(multiple myeloma oncogene 1)/IRF4 (interferon regulatory factor 4)是干扰素调节因子(interferon regulatory factors,IRFs)家族中的一种重要转录因子。MUM1/IRF4可通过影响信号转导,对多种免疫细胞的发育和免疫功能产生重要影响。近年来研究发现,MUM1/IRF4在多种恶性淋巴瘤中存在异常表达,并在淋巴瘤的发生、发展、诊断及预后判断方面发挥重要作用。本文主要就MUM1/IRF4在淋巴瘤中的作用机制进行综述。

     

    Abstract: MUM1 (multiple myeloma oncogene 1)/IRF4 (interferon regulatory factor 4) is an important transcription factor in the family of interferon regulatory factors (IRFs),and it exerts important influence on the development and immune function of a variety of immune cells by affecting a series of signal transduction.Recent studies have found that abnormal expression of MUM1/IRF4 can be detected in a variety of lymphatic malignancies.It plays an important role in the occurrence,development,diagnosis and prognosis of lymphoma.This paper mainly reviews the research advances in the mechanism of MUM1/IRF4 in pathogenesis of lymphoma.
