Abstract: Fibrinogen-like protein 2 (FGL2),a member of the fibrinogen family,can be classified into membrane-associated protein with coagulation activity and a secreted form possessing immune suppressive functions.With the development of transplantation,immune tolerance has become the ultimate goal of transplant physicians,and the role of FGL2 in immune tolerance has been widely concerned.This article will provide a comprehensive review of the role of FGL2 in solid organ transplantation.
