三维细胞培养在急性白血病体外研究中的应用及进展
Application and progress of three-dimensional cell culture system for in vitro research of acute leukemia

摘要: 体外细胞培养是探索急性白血病(acute leukemia,AL)发生、发展的重要实验手段。但传统的二维细胞培养不能体现复杂的体内结构,三维细胞培养模型允许体外的白血病细胞在各个方向上生长,使细胞与细胞之间形成适宜的空间分布和连接,能够有效地模拟白血病体内微环境,为研究白血病细胞生物学特性提供良好的实验平台。近年来,越来越多的研究应用三维细胞培养模型进行药物筛选,以期提供更有效的潜在治疗措施。本文总结了近年来三维细胞培养在AL体外研究中的应用进展。Abstract: In vitro cell culture is an important experimental method to explore the occurrence and development of acute leukemia (AL).However,the traditional two-dimensional culture can not demonstrate the complex bone marrow structure.The three-dimensional cell culture model allows leukemia cells to grow in all directions in vitro,and to form a suitable spatial environment and cell connection between cells,which can effectively simulate the microenvironment of leukemia in vivo,and provide optimal condition for studying the biological characteristics of leukemia cells.In recent years,more and more studies have applied three-dimensional culture models for drug screening in order to provide more effective potential therapeutic measures.This article summarizes the application of three-dimensional cell culture in the studies of AL in vitro in recent years.
