Abstract: With the development of whole slide imaging and scanning technology,the application of digital image analysis (DIA) in the field of pathological diagnosis is expanding.This article mainly introduces the application of digital image analysis in histopathological diagnosis,cytopathological diagnosis and immunohistochemical staining results interpretation,and discusses the problems and challenges existing in these fields.
