人源肿瘤异种移植模型在上皮性卵巢癌研究中的应用进展

Research advances in application of patient-derived xenografts in epithelial ovarian cancer

  • 摘要: 利用患者新鲜肿瘤移植而建立的人源肿瘤异种移植(patient-derived xenograft,PDX)模型可以协助筛选出有效的非一线治疗药物,同时可利用其进行新药研发、肿瘤发生及转移机制研究等。卵巢癌是妇科肿瘤中死亡率最高的一种恶性肿瘤,本文就上皮性卵巢癌PDX模型的建立、组织学病理学特点、分子特征及PDX模型在药物研究、生存预测等方面的应用进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Patient-derived xenografts (PDX) model,which is established by using transplanted fresh human tumor tissue,can dramatically help to screen out effective drugs during non first-line therapy.Moreover,PDX can be used for the research of new drug development,tumorigenesis and metastasis mechanism in cancer.Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is the most lethal gynecologic malignancy.About 75% of ovarian cancer patients relapse and/or develop chemo-resistant disease after initial response to standard-of-care treatment with platinum-based therapies.This article reviews the establishment of PDX of EOC,its histopathological characteristics,molecular characteristics and the application in drug research and survival prediction.
