摘要: 产后腹直肌分离症会影响患者的躯干功能,引起腰背痛,严重者可造成腹疝。但是目前对于腹直肌分离的诊治没有统一的标准,康复方法多种多样。为此,本文对产后腹直肌分离最新的诊断和康复治疗研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Diastasis recti abdominis affects the function of trunk,resulting in low back pain,even abdominal hernia.There are various kinds of rehabilitation methods,but no uniform standard for the diagnosis and treatment of diastasis recti abdominis.Therefore,this article reviews the latest advances in rehabilitation treatment for postpartum recti abdominis.
