灾害救援医学工程技术体系的构建与实践

Construction and practice of disaster medicine engineering technology system

  • 摘要: 我国灾害事故易发多发,救灾的关键是救人。笔者结合救援研究与实践经验,提出了以航天、航空、地面、隧道、水域为研究场景的救援空间维度,即“天、空、地、隧、水”;以检查检验、监测监护、搜索营救、现场救治、立体后送为关键环节的现场救援技术体系,即“检、监、救、治、送”;以预防预警、损害控制、早期诊断、分级救治、专科康复为救治流程的救援时间维度,即“防、控、诊、疗、康”。以上述思路为纲,探讨灾害救援医学工程技术体系需解决的问题。

     

    Abstract: Disaster accidents are prone to occur frequently in China. The key of disaster relief is to save people. Combining rescue research and practical experience, we put forward the rescue space dimensions with aerospace, aviation, ground, tunnel and water as research scenarios, inspection, monitoring, search and rescue, on-site rescue and tactical evacuation as the key links of on-site medical technology, and the rescue time dimension with warning and prevention, damage control, early diagnosis, graded treatment and specialized rehabilitation as the rescue process. Taking the above theory as the outline, the problems to be solved in the disaster medicine engineering technology system are discussed in this review.
