Abstract:
Disaster accidents are prone to occur frequently in China. The key of disaster relief is to save people. Combining rescue research and practical experience, we put forward the rescue space dimensions with aerospace, aviation, ground, tunnel and water as research scenarios, inspection, monitoring, search and rescue, on-site rescue and tactical evacuation as the key links of on-site medical technology, and the rescue time dimension with warning and prevention, damage control, early diagnosis, graded treatment and specialized rehabilitation as the rescue process. Taking the above theory as the outline, the problems to be solved in the disaster medicine engineering technology system are discussed in this review.
