射血分数保留型心力衰竭动物模型的研究进展

Research advances in animal models of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction

  • 摘要: 临床中一半以上的心力衰竭为射血分数保留型心力衰竭(heart failure with preserved ejection fraction,HFpEF)。HFpEF发病机制复杂,且近年来其临床治疗方法没有较大突破。目前HFpEF相关的病理生理机制和治疗方法的研究受限于HFpEF动物模型的建立。本文分类总结了建立HFpEF动物模型的常用方法及研究进展,其中以代谢综合征为特点的动物模型是该领域的流行方向。

     

    Abstract: More than half of patients with heart failure have preserved ejection fraction. The pathogenesis of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is complex, while there is no great breakthrough in its treatment in recent years. At present, the research on the pathophysiological mechanism and treatment of HFPEF is limited by the establishment of proper HFPEF animal models. This paper summarizes the common methods and research advances in establishing HFPEF animal models, in which the models with characteristics of metabolic syndrome seems to become a popular direction in this field.
