脑卒中继发下橄榄核变性的临床、影像学特征和治疗综述

Clinical and imaging characteristics of hypertrophic olivary degeneration secondary to stroke and its therapy: A review

摘要: 脑卒中继发下橄榄核变性(hypertrophic olivary degeneration，HOD)是脑卒中后一种非常罕见的突触变性，近年来相关个案报道逐渐增多。本文收集1995年1月- 2021年7月国内外期刊报道的脑卒中后继发HOD病例，并对其一般资料、临床症状和体征、MRI、治疗、转归进行综述，为临床诊疗提供借鉴。

Abstract: Hypertrophic olivary degeneration (HOD) secondary to stroke is a very rare form of synaptic degeneration. Related cases are reported in recent years. In this review, the cases of HOD secondary to stroke reported in domestic and foreign journals from January 1995 to July 2021 are collected, and the general data, clinical symptoms and signs, MRI features, treatments and outcomes of the included cases are reviewed to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
