骨形态发生蛋白9在肺部疾病中的研究进展

Research advances in role of bone morphogenetic proteins 9 in lung diseases

  • 摘要: 骨形态发生蛋白9(bone morphogenetic proteins 9,BMP9)是骨形态发生蛋白的成员之一,属于转化生长因子β家族,参与机体多种生物学功能的调控。BMP9在调节内皮细胞功能和维持血管稳态中发挥关键作用。新近研究表明,BMP9与肺部疾病存在密切关系,BMP9及其信号通路在肺部疾病的发生发展中起重要作用。本文就BMP9 及其信号转导过程,以及BMP9在肺动脉高压、肺纤维化、肺癌以及其他肺部相关疾病中的研究进展进行简要综述。

     

    Abstract: Bone morphogenetic proteins 9 (BMP9), a member of bone morphogenetic protein (BMPs), belongs to the transforming growth factor (TGF-β) family and exerts a broad range of biological functions. It plays a critical role in regulating endothelial cell function and maintaining vascular homeostasis. Recent studies have found that BMP9 is closely related to lung diseases, and its signaling pathway plays an important role in the development of lung diseases. This paper briefly reviews BMP9 and its signal transduction process, as well as its involvement in pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer and other lung diseases.
