皮肤鳞状细胞癌小鼠模型建立与应用的研究进展

Research advances in establishment and application of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma mouse model

  • 摘要: 皮肤鳞状细胞癌(简称皮肤鳞癌)是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,建立相应的动物模型在发病机制研究、药物检测、临床前研究等方面具有重要作用。本文从皮肤鳞癌小鼠模型种类、建模方法、优缺点和应用领域等方面进行总结,以期为临床工作和科研探索提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) is one of the most common malignancies, and animal model plays an important role in its pathogenesis, drug detection and preclinical research. In this paper, the types, modeling methods, advantages and disadvantages of cSCC mouse models are reviewed in order to provide reference for clinical work and scientific research.
