阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与代谢综合征相关性的研究进展

Research advances in correlation between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and metabolic syndrome

摘要: 近年来，随着生活水平的提高，阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome，OSAS)和代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome，MetS)的患病率不断增加。许多研究表明，二者互相作用、互相影响，OSAS与MetS的联系被越来越多的学者重视。本文将重点从概念、流行病学、临床特征、相互影响机制、治疗等方面对国内外关于OSAS与MetS相关性的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: In recent years, with the improvement of living standards, the prevalence of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) and metabolic syndrome (MetS) has been increasing. A number of studies have shown that the two diseases interact with each other, the link between OSAS and MetS has been increasingly appreciated by scholars. In this paper, we summarize national and international articles about OSAS and MetS in terms of concepts, epidemiology, clinical features, mechanisms of interaction, and treatment.
