Abstract:
The long treatment period and severe side effects are the disadvantages of traditional glucocorticoids combined with methotrexate, azathioprine and other methods for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. In recent years, studies have shown that restoring or reversing Treg-related immune imbalance can effectively treat autoimmune diseases, which has great potential for clinical application in autoimmune diseases. This review summarizes the research progress of adoptive therapy of Treg cells in the treatment of common autoimmune diseases in recent years.
