超声造影与常规彩超对子宫内膜病变的鉴别研究

Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and routine color ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of endometrial disease

摘要: 目的探讨超声造影在子宫内膜病变鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对61例子宫内膜病变进行常规彩超及超声造影检查,以手术病理或临床诊断证实的结果为标准,比较常规彩超与超声造影的特点及诊断符合率。结果子宫内膜癌和宫腔内凝血块及恶性滋养细胞疾病的超声造影诊断准确率比常规彩超分别提高50%、38.45%、50%(均为P<0.05)。结论超声造影可进一步鉴别诊断子宫内膜癌、宫腔内凝血块及恶性滋养细胞疾病。

Abstract: Objective To study the clinical application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography（CEUS） in differential diagnosis of endometrial diseases. Methods Sixty-one patients with endometrial disease underwent routine ultrasonography and CEUS,respectively.Their characteristics and diagnosis rate were compared according to the pathology or clinical diagnosis criteria. Results The accurate diagnosis rate of CEUS was 50%,38.45%,and 50% higher for endometral cancer,intrauterine clot malignant trophoblastic disease than that of routine ultrasonography（P＜0.05）. Conclusion CEUS can further identify endometrial cancer,intrauterine clot,and malignant trophoblastic disease.
