Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS) in differential diagnosis of endometrial diseases.
Methods Sixty-one patients with endometrial disease underwent routine ultrasonography and CEUS,respectively.Their characteristics and diagnosis rate were compared according to the pathology or clinical diagnosis criteria.
Results The accurate diagnosis rate of CEUS was 50%,38.45%,and 50% higher for endometral cancer, intrauterine clot malignant trophoblastic disease than that of routine ultrasonography(P<0.05).
Conclusion CEUS can further identify endometrial cancer, intrauterine clot, and malignant trophoblastic disease.
