Abstract:
Objective To study the nursing for patients with severe aplastic anemia after HLA haploid allo-hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT).
Methods Patients with severe aplastic anemia were nursed according to re-transfusion of stem cells,graft-versus-host disease(GVHD) and complications after allo-HSCT.
Results The allo-HSCT was successful. The median time of white blood cell and platelet transplantation was 13 and 14 days, respectively.Skin acute GVHD,intestinal acute GVHD,and hemorrhagic cystitis occurred in 2,1 and 1 out of the 4 patients.
Conclusion Prompt finding and correct management of GVHD,infection, oral mucositis, and hemorrhagic cystitis during allo-HSCT are the key factors for the successful allo-HSCT.
