现代教育技术在临床医学中的应用

The application and discussion of modern teaching technique in clinic

  • 摘要: 临床医学教学要求临床实践能力较强,为把课堂以教师为中心的教学过程转变为以学生为主体,培养学生的自学能力和创造性思维、创新能力,彻底改变传统的学生“被动学习”为“主动学习”,促进应试教育向素质教育的转变,我们探索新型的临床医学教学模式。笔者认为在教学过程中应充分利用计算机辅助教学(computer assister instruction,CAI),同时注重教学设计;穿插问题教学(PBL)教学模式;精讲重点,突破难点;归纳总结,巩固练习。连续3年军医队教学检查和问卷调查结果显示:新的教学模式明显优于传统的教学方法,更适合素质教育,课堂气氛十分活跃,教学效果良好。

     

    Abstract: Clinic teaching much more emphasizes the ability of clinical practice in order to transform the teaching course of the center of teacher-oriented into student-oriented in class; to cultivate students' the ability of self-study、thinking in a creative way and innovation;To transform drastically study passivity into studying on students' own initiative; to promote transition of test oriented to quality oriented We are trying to explore a kind of new style teaching mode we think that the clinic teacher should make the best of CAI(Computer-Assist Instructing) mode At the same time, we also should interlude PBL (Problem-Based Learning); stressing important and difficulty content; summing up and confirming practice Through checking-up for educational quality and questionnaire investigation, it can conclude that new teaching mode is better than traditional mode The classroom was full of activity
