Abstract: The administration experiences of preventing SARS infection in large-scale polyclinic were synthesized.According to the spread regularity and characteristics of SARS，building sound administration organizations and making them effectively running，being perfecting all sorts of rules and regulations，giving relative persons better training and monitoring can effectively stop the prevalence of SARS，and also be helpful for preventing other similar disease.
