汶川大地震部分皮肤病患者诊治体会

Experience of treatment dermatosis in Shuimo town in WenChuan earthquake

摘要: 目的:总结汶川大地震水磨镇受灾人群皮肤病的发病特点及治疗经验。方法:通过门诊及巡诊对部分受灾人群进行皮肤调查,根据发病特点配制专科外用药"水磨Ⅰ号"、"水磨Ⅱ号"予以治疗。回访总结发病规律并对治疗进行回顾性分析。结果:1697名患者给予自制外用药物治疗,3 d后显效1153例(67.94%),6 d后显效1215例(71.60%)。结论:地震后特殊环境下受灾人群皮肤病发病率明显增高,自制外用药物治疗常见皮肤病效果显著。

Abstract: Objective: To summarize the characteristics of dermatosis and drug treatment experiences in Shuimo town after WenChuan earthquake.Methods: 1 697 patients in Shuimo town were diagnosed and treated.Two kinds of special medicine "Shuimo No.1" and "Shuimo No.2" were prepared and investigated.The results and laws were analyzed.Results: The remarkable efficiency rate was 67.94% after 3 days and 71.60% after 6 days.Conclusion: The incidences of dermatosis significantly increased in the special circumstances after WenChuan earthquake.The special medicine "Shuimo No.1" and "Shuimo No.2" have significantly effect on the treatment of dermatosis in earthquake.
