Abstract: After analyzing and studying the causes of physician patient conflicts, the author has worked out the following measures to prevent them: first, thoroughly understand the law and practice medicine legally; second, strictly carry out rules and regulations and improve the primary quality of medical care; third, endeavor to regulate the writing of medical documents and perfect the system of medical document management; fourth, attach much importance to patients' right of informed consent and perform physicians' rights and obligations in accordance of the law; fifth, reinforce medical ethics and moral and further improve service quality; sixth, strengthen the force of medical conflicts management.
