模拟犬单肺移植灌注系统的研究

Study on perfusion system of simulant single lung transplantation in dog

  • 摘要: 目的: 建立模拟犬单肺移植灌注系统,为移植肺的保护研究提供平台。方法: 应用体外循环机和膜肺分别模仿心脏做功和组织耗氧,模拟临床肺移植建立犬离体左肺原位移植模型。结果: 模拟移植后,灌注流量稳定可调,移植肺气体交换好,膜肺模拟组织耗氧可行。结论: 该模型为研究缺血再灌注对移植肺损伤机制提供了良好的平台。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To construct the perfusion system of stimulant single lung transplantation,provide a study platform for the lung protection in lung transplantation.Methods: Cardiopulmonary bypass unit and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation was used to imitate the working of heart and tissue consuming oxygen respectively.And we established the extracorporeal left lung orthotopic transplantation model in dog imitating lung transplantation clinically.Results: After lung transplantation,the flow rate of perfusion was stable and the controllability was good.The transplanted lung had good condition of gas exchange.So the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation simulating tissue consuming oxygen was feasible.Conclusions: The animal model provides a favorable study platform for the study of ischemia-reperfusion in lung transplantation.
