高氧预适应对大鼠肺的影响

The effects of hyperoxic preconditioning on rat lungs

  • 摘要: 目的: 了解间断、高浓度吸氧对大鼠抗氧化酶及肺损伤作用的影响。方法: 实验动物随机分为两组。第一组为对照组,大鼠在室内环境喂养7d。第二组将实验组动物放入高压氧仓内,每日吸80%~85%的氧气(1atm)6h,连续7d,并将此方法称之为高氧预适应(hyperoxicpreconditioning,HOP)。实验结束后取大鼠肺称肺湿重,并测肺内抗氧化酶活性及电镜检查。结果: 与对照组比较,高氧预适应组肺内抗氧化酶活性明显升高,两组肺湿重无明显的统计学差异。电镜检查:高氧预适应组肺组织基膜完整、厚度均匀一致,血管内皮细胞完整,Ι型上皮细胞无破坏。结论: 间断、高浓度吸氧能提高大鼠肺内抗氧化酶活性,并对大鼠肺无明显的损伤作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of the rats intermittently exposed to the high oxygen concentration for a period of time on the lungs. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into tow groups, the first group was control group (rats exposed to room air for 7 days). The second group was Hyperoxic Preconditioning(HOP) group(rats exposed to 80-85% oxygen, 1atm, six hours each day for 7 days before the experiment).Results: There was no significantly difference between the HOP group and control group in the wet weights of the rat lungs. The antioxidant enzymes in HOP group were elevated significantly. The electron microscopy examination found that there were no damages in the capillary epithelial cells and alveolar type Ι cells. Conclusion: Intermittent high oxygen concentration could elevate the antioxidant enzymes and had no significantly damages in the rat lungs.
