温热与丝裂霉素—C联合对胃腺癌(SGC—7901)细胞的作用

Effect of combined use of hyperthermia and MMC-C on human stomach low dif-ferentiatlon gland cancer cell line SGC-7901 in vitro

  • 摘要: 本实验以体外培养人胃腺癌细胞系(SGC-7901)为实验模型,选用丝裂霉素-C(MMC-C),采用水浴加温法对细胞的生长抑制及杀伤规律进行了观察。表明:(1)温热、MMC-C对SGC-7901细胞均有一定的抑制增殖和直接杀伤作用;温热与药物联合应用具有协同抑制增殖和杀伤细胞的作用。(2)温热和MMC-C联合对SGC-7901细胞的的杀伤和生长抑制作用均较温热或药物单独作用强,但序贯方面以热药同时为佳。(3)温热4O℃细胞爆发性生长,表明单纯加热低于42℃是不适宜的。(4)42℃加热1h与适宜的化疗药联合是可以达到有效治疗目的的。

     

    Abstract: The stomach low differentiation gland cancer cell line(SGC-7901) which was set up by Shanghai sixth people Hospital was taken in this investigation. By using water-heating,we observed the effection of hyperthermia and MMC-C alone or combined use on the rule of checking the growth of cell and killing cell.
    The results show that:1.Both hyperthermia and MMC-C can check the proliferation of the SGC-7901 cell and kill the cell directly. The effect on check of proliferation of the cell can be increased by using hyperthermia in combination with chemotherapy. 2.Hyperthermia in combination with MMC-C can check proliferaion or kill more cells than hyperthermia or the chemical drug used alone. But the killing effects of the sequences while heating and the chemical drug were being used simultaneously are the best.3.Being heated at 40℃ for an hour, the cell will grow up sharply. This result indicates that being heated alone with the temperature lower than 42℃ is unsuitable. 4.Heating temperature at 42℃ for an hour in combination with some suitable chemical drugs can get encouraging effect of cancer treatment.
