脑出血患者血肿周围星形细胞内皮素-1表达免疫组化研究

A study of endothelin-1 expression in reactive astrocytes surrounding the hematoma in cerebral hemorrhage

  • 摘要: 目的: 探讨内皮素-1与星形细胞之间相互关系及其在脑出血的作用。方法: 采用内皮素-1抗体SP免疫组化技术对脑出血患者尸检材料血肿周围脑组织反应性星形细胞内皮素-1表达水平进行检测。结果: 发现脑出血组反应性星形细胞增生、肥大变性,存在内皮素-1的表达,而对照组星形细胞形态基本正常,偶见阳性。结论:内皮素-1及反应性星形细胞可能参与脑出血的病理机制

     

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the expression of endothelin-1in astrocytes in the human brain with cerebral hem┐ orrhage. Methods: The SP immunohistochemical method and a polyclonal antiserum were used.Autopsy material was obtained from 8cases of cerebral hemorrhage,5cases without brain diseases. Results: Endothelin-1was expressed in numerous reactive astrocytes in the human brain surrounding the hematoma.But this occurred in only exceptional astrocytes of controls. Conclusion: The results suggest that endothelin-1might play an essential role in the pathogenesis of edema formation and ischemia injury after cerebral hemorrhage.
