乳腺癌原发和转移灶中ER、PR及Her-2的表达

Expression of ER, PR and Her-2 in primary breast cancer and its recurrent foci

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨ER、PR及Her-2在乳腺癌原发和复发转移灶中的表达变化及其相关性。方法 检测60例乳腺癌原发和复发转移灶中ER、PR及Her-2的表达变化,分析Her-2与ER、PR之间的关系。结果 在原发灶中ER、PR的阳性率分别为61.67%、56.67%,明显高于复发转移灶(41.67%、36.67%)(P<0.05);而Her-2在原发灶的阳性率为18.33%,明显低于复发转移灶(40.00%)(P<0.05)。在复发转移灶中,ER、PR阳性的乳腺癌Her-2阳性表达率低(P<0.05)。结论 乳腺癌原发和复发转移灶中ER、PR及Her-2表达有统计学差异,复发转移灶中Her-2与ER、PR呈负相关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of ER, PR and Her-2 in primary breast cancer and its recurrent foci. Methods Changes in expression of ER, PR and Her-2 in primary breast cancer and its recurrence foci of 60 patients were detected and their relation was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of ER and PR was 61.67% and 56.67%, respectively, in primary breast cancer, and 41.67% and 36.67%, respectively, in its recurrent foci(P<0.05). The positive expression rate of Her-2 was 18.33% in primary breast cancer and 40.00% in its recurrent foci(P<0.05). The positive expression rate of ER and PR was lower than that of Her-2 in recurrent foci of breast cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of ER, PR and Her-2 is significantly different in primary breast cancer and its recurrent foci. The expression of Her-2 is negatively related with that of ER and PR in recurrent foci of breast cancer.
