Abstract: Objective: Through the analyzing advantages an d disadvantages of the current Fixed Price on the health care service in this the sis, the author puts foreword the new opinion that the government should preside over the reformation on the Fixed Price of health care service They must consider the specialties of the medical field and must reflect scietifically the knowledge and the costs included while the hospital provides the health care service The government also must perfect the reimbursement system and changes the Fixed Price management authority function, realizes the policy that while the authority fixing the price they should accord to the hospital’s degree and sets up the new measure of the adjustable pitch fixing the price management system
