体外循环救治海水浸泡性体温过低症犬的实验研究

Experimental study of rewarming seawater immersed hypothermic dogs by extracorporeal circulation

  • 摘要: 目的: 应用体外循环技术救治海水浸泡性体温过低症犬。方法: 浸泡性体温过低症犬经股动脉、颈外静脉插管, 连接体外循环机进行复温。结果: 实验犬体温稳定回升;血流动力学指标明显改善。结论: 体外循环技术复温浸泡性体温过低症犬是有效的方法。

     

    Abstract: Objective:Extracorporeal circulation was used in rewarming immersed hypothermic dogs.Methods:Each dog was rewarmed by extracorporeal circulation through the femoral arterial to external jugular venous exchanger. Results: Core temperature of hypothermic dogs can be steadily elevated,and its hemodynamic parameters improved significantly after rewarming.Conclusions: Extracorporeal circulation may be one of effective methods to rewarm immersed hypothermic dogs.
