大肠杆菌L-型在实验性慢性肾盂肾炎发病中的作用——病理组织学和免疫组织化学研究

Role of L-form bacteria in pathogenesis of experimental pyelonephritis: Histopathological and immunohistochemical studies

  • 摘要: 作者在已建立的大肠杆菌L-型实验性肾盂肾炎模型上,于细菌学观察的基础上进行了同步的病理组织学和免疫组织化学研究,发现该模型实验大鼠肾脏组织学改变程度较轻,全身一般情况良好,类似人类隐匿型肾盂肾炎;双桥PAP法染色显示,阳性酶染物形态与L-型菌相似,其分布不限于病灶内,光镜下正常的肾小管上皮细胞内亦可见到。本文还讨论了L-型菌在慢性肾盂肾炎发病中的作用。

     

    Abstract: An experimental chronic pyelonephritis(CPN) model was established by challenging the infant female rats with Escherichia coll. O111B4. On the basis of previous bacteriological examinations, histopathological and immunohistochemical studies were carried out simutanuously. Slight histopathological changes were observed in the infected kidneys during the chronic period, which resembled covert CPN in human. Positive-stained substances, as demonstrated by double bridge-PAP, were found not only in the focal areas, but also outside as seen within the normal epithelial cells, the morphology of which was quite similar to that of L-forms. Thus it is possible that L-forms play some roles in the pathogenesis of CPN.
