洛伐他汀对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠的抗炎机制探讨

Anti-inflammatory effect and mechanisms of lovastatin in rats with collagen-induced arthritis

  • 摘要: 观察洛伐他汀对胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)大鼠的抗炎作用,并探讨可能的作用机制。方法: 利用牛II型胶原建立Wistar大鼠CIA模型。结果: 洛伐他汀组大鼠踝关节肿胀程度与CIA模型组相比有显著差异,关节炎评分与CIA模型组相比显著降低。洛伐他汀组血清中炎性细胞因子TNF-α的含量、踝关节滑膜组织中RANTES阳性细胞均显著低于CIA模型组。结论: 洛伐他汀对CIA大鼠具有抗炎作用,其作用机制可能与抑制踝关节滑膜组织中RANTES的表达有关。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effect and mechanisms of lovastatin in rats with collagen-induced arthritis(CIA). Methods: CIA was induced by injecting bovine II collagen(BIIC) to Wistar rats. Results: The swelling degree of hind paw and arthritic index in lovastatin group was lower than that in CIA group.Lovastatin also reduced the inflammatory invasion and expression of TNF-α,and inhibited the cells expressing RANTES in CIA rats. Conclusion: Lovastatin has anti-inflammatory effect in CIA rats;its possible mechanism relates to inhibition of the expression of RANTES.
