NK、T混合淋巴细胞抑制肿瘤细胞的体外研究

Anti-tumor activity of NKTm against human carcinoma cell lines in vitro

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨人外周血淋巴细胞诱导扩增的NK、T混合淋巴细胞对肿瘤细胞的杀伤特性。方法:MTT法测定培养后NK、T混合淋巴细胞对PLA-801D、A549、LS-174 t及MDA-MB-231肿瘤细胞系的抑制率,对PLA-801D进行不同效靶比及不同作用时间抑制率的测定。结果:NK、T混合淋巴细胞对4种肿瘤细胞系均有明显抑制作用,且不同细胞系间抑制率具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:NK、T混合淋巴细胞对多种肿瘤细胞系具有强大的抑制作用,对PLA-801D抑制率与效靶比成正比,作用4 h有最大抑制率。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor activity of mixture of NK and T lymphocytes in vitro.Methods: Inhibition ratio to 4 kinds of human carcinoma cell lines(PLA-801D,A549、 LS-174t、 MDA-MB-231) were assayed by the method of MTT.In addition inhibition ratio to PLA-801D at different effect-target cell ratio(E/T)and time were assayed by the same method.Results: To the 4 human carcinoma cell lines,mixture of NK and T-lymphocytes had significant inhibitory effects and the inhibitive rates were significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Mixture of NK and T lymphocytes had great inhibitory effect to the 4 human cell lines and to PLA-801D,the best reaction time for inhibitory effect was 4 h.
