复方天葡片对红细胞氧化损伤保护的作用研究

Protective effect of Tianpu tablets on oxidative damage to erythrocytes

  • 摘要: 目的 研究复方天葡片(TPT)对红细胞氧化损伤的保护作用。方法 以二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)为阳性对照,采用清除DPPH自由基、还原力测定方法测定复方天葡片体外抗氧化作用;采用小鼠红细胞自氧化及过氧化氢氧化损伤模型观察TPT对红细胞氧化损伤的保护作用。结果 TPT有较强的还原力和DPPH自由基清除能力,其强度接近BHT。TPT明显抑制红细胞自氧化损伤和过氧化氢氧化损伤,并抑制红细胞膜MDA的产生。结论 TPT是一种较好的抗氧化剂,对红细胞氧化损伤具有很好的保护作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the protective effect of Tianpu tablets on oxidative damage to erythrocytes. Methods Antioxidant effect of Tianpu tablets was detected by reducing power assay and scavenging DPPH radicals with BHT as a positive control.Protective effect of Tianpu tablets on oxidative damage to erythrocytes was observed in a mouse model of H2O2 and auto-oxidation damage to erythrocytes. Results Tianpu tablets had a rather good ability of reducing power and scavenging DPPH radicals with a strength close to that of BHT.Tianpu tablets could significantly decrease the oxidative damage to erythrocytes induced by H2O2 or auto-oxidation and the production of MDA in erythrocyte membrane. Conclusion Tianpu tablets are a rather good antioxidant and can protect erythrocytes against oxidative damage.
