Abstract:
Objective To analyze the changes of 21 lymphocyte subgroups in 55 colorectal carcinoma patients before and after chemotherapy.
Methods Peripheral blood lymphocytes from 55 colorectal carcinoma patients were labeled with fluorescent antibodies before and after chemotherapy, detected and analyzed by flow cytometry.
