肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折

Treatment of the three-part and four-part fractures of proximal humeral with locking proximal humeral plate

摘要: 目的:评价肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗Neer分类肱骨近端三、四部分骨折的疗效。方法:自2005年2月-2007年4月,我中心对24例(男10例,女14例)平均年龄为55.8岁的Neer分类肱骨近端三、四部分骨折患者采用肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定手术治疗。应用Neer疗效评分系统对术后肩关节的疼痛、功能、活动度和解剖恢复进行评定。结果:经术后平均14.5个月随访,优(90～100分)10例,良(80～89分)7例,可(70～79分)4例,差(<70分)1例,优良率77.27%。结论:肱骨近端锁定钢板是治疗Neer分类肱骨近端三、四部分骨折的一种理想方法。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effect of locking proximal humeral plate（LPHP） for three-part and four-part fractures of proximal humeral.Methods: 24 cases of three-part and four-part fractures of proximal humeral were treated with LPHP from February 2005 to April 2007 in our center,which involved 10 males and 14 females with average age of 55.8.All patients were followed up with Neer score system.Results: The mean duration of follow-up was 14.5 months.According to Neer scoring system,10 patients were rated as excellent,7 as good,4 as fair,1 as poor.The rate of excellent and good was 77.27%.Conclusion: LPHP showed good results for three-part and four-part fractures of proximal humeral.
