卵巢良性肿瘤术式的探讨

摘要: 目的: 探讨卵巢良性肿瘤的手术方法。方法: 回顾性分析解放军总医院2003～2006年间收治的卵巢良性肿瘤患者60例(阴式、腹腔镜、开腹手术各20例),对3种术式的手术时间、术中出血量、术后病率、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间进行比较。结果: 阴式组手术时间短,恢复快,术后病率少。结论: 经阴道卵巢囊肿剥除术是治疗卵巢良性肿瘤很好的一种微创术式。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the operative modus of benign tumor of the ovary.Methods: From 2003 to 2006,60 patients of benign tumor of the ovary of PLA general hospital were analyzed retrospectively,20 per vagina,20 by laparoscope and 20 by laparotomy.Those were campared by the time of operation,the blood loss during operation,the rate and venting of anus after illness,and hospital of stay.Results: The average operation time of the group of per vagina was short,and this group recovered quickly,the rate of the illness was few.Conclusions: The transvaginal oophorocystectomy is a good micro-trauma method for treating the benign tumor of the ovary.
