正常人24h睡眠剥夺后动态心电图及血清皮质醇变化

Alterations of dynamic electrocardiogram and serum hydrocortisone in normal individuals 24 hours after sleep deprivation

  • 摘要: 目的 研究正常人24h睡眠剥夺(SD)对心率变异性及心律失常的影响。方法 观察30名健康志愿者24h睡眠剥夺前后动态心电图及血清皮质醇的变化。结果 24h睡眠剥夺后心率变异性HF(高频)值显著减少(P<0.05),LF(低频)值显著增加(P<0.05),LF/HF呈现显著增加(P<0.05)。血清皮质醇明显升高(P<0.05),部分出现房性早博、室性早博。结论 正常人24h睡眠剥夺后出现房早、室早,血清皮质醇升高和心率变异性变化可能与迷走活性降低,交感神经活性升高有关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the impact of 24-hour sleep deprivation(SD) on arrhythmia and heart rate variability(HRV) in normal individuals. Methods Alterations of dynamic electrocardiogram and serum hydrocortisone in 30 healthy volunteers were observed before and 24h after SD. Results Twenty-four hours after SD,the high frequency(HF) of HRV was significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the low frequency(LF) of HRV,the LF/HF,and the serum hydrocortisone level were significantly increased(P<0.05).The atrial and ventricular premature beats were observed in certain patients. Conclusion Atrial and ventricular premature beats,elevated hydrocortisone level,arrhythmia and HRV,in normal individuals 24h after SD,may be related with a lower vagal activity and an elevated sympathetic activity.
