Expression of CD147 in endometriosis

摘要: 目的: 探讨和比较免疫球蛋白超家族分子CD147在子宫内膜异位症患者异位子宫内膜、在位子宫内膜及健康人子宫内膜中表达及定位。方法: 采用免疫组化方法对30例异位子宫内膜及其18例同期在位子宫内膜和15例健康人子宫内膜组织中的CD147的表达进行观察。结果: 异位子宫内膜标本中CD147表达增强,以膜分布为主;而无论有无子宫内膜异位症,在位子宫内膜中CD147表达无差异。结论: CD147分子表达在异位子宫内膜和正常子宫内膜存在明显差异。CD147可能与子宫内膜异位症的发生密切相关。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the expression and localization of CD147 in endometriosis.Methods: The expression of CD147 protein on paraffin embeded tissues was determined by immunohistochemical analysis endometriotic tissues （n=30） and matched eutopic endometria（n=18） of patients with endometriosis and eutopic endometria of normal menstruating women without endometriosis（n=15）.Results: Endometriotic tissues showed statisticaly stronger staining compared with eutopic endometria（P＜0 05）.Conclusion: Compared to eutopic endometrium,ectopic endometrium has a higher capacity to produce CD147
