兔股骨近端骨性结构的解剖研究

Anatomic structure of rabbit proximal femur

  • 摘要: 目的 研究兔股骨近端解剖结构及股骨头钻孔减压细胞注入的可行性。方法 以20只新西兰兔为实验动物,对股骨近端进行Micro-CT、大体测量,观察兔股骨近端骨性解剖特点。结果 兔股骨近端转子窝较深,股骨颈最小直径>4mm。结论 以2mm克氏针及骨髓穿刺针可有效完成钻孔减压及细胞注入。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study anatomic structure of proximal femur of rabbits and the feasibility of infusion cells by trephination and decompression in the femur head. Methods The features of proximal femur in 20 New Zealand rabbits used as experimental animals were observed by micro-CT and gross measurement. Results The fossa trochanterica of rabbit was deeply located.The minimal diameter of femoral neck was larger than 4mm. Conclusion A 2mm Kirschner wire or a bone marrow puncture needle can be used to infuse cells by trephination and decompression.
