Abstract: Objective: To study the influence of TLR4 on the signal transduction of inflammatory cell of severe acute pancreatitis（SAP） rats by the intervention of Sandostation.Methods:The twenty four Wistar rats were divided into three groups randomly: control group,SAP model group,Sandostation treatment group.Blood was taken to detect the level of serum amylase,TNF-α and IL-6,pancreas tissue was taken to evaluate the pathological changes of pancreas,the hepatic tissue was taken to detect the expression of TLR4 by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry.Results: Results of the SAP model group was significant higher than that of other two groups.The data of the treatment groups by Sandostation were higher than control group.Conclusion: TLR4 participate in the signal transduction of inflammatory cell of SAP.Sandostation can down regulate the expression of TLR4 level,which may influence on the signal transduction of inflammatory cell of the SAP rats.
