血清甘-硫化石胆酸的放射免疫分析及194例正常值

RADIOIMMUNOASSAY （RIA） OF HUMAN SERUM SULFOLITHOCHOLYGLYCINE （SLCG） WITH 194 NORMAL SUBJECTS

Abstract: A description of the RIA method for the determination of SLCG in human serum was given.The antibody was raised by immunizing the rabbits with BSA-SLCG,¹²⁵I -SLCG-histamine,the tracer of for RIA,was prepared,using Na-125-I with Chio- ramone-T labelling technique.The PEG was used to seperate the bound from the un- bound and the former part was counted with a gamma counter. Normal serum values of SLCG detected in 194 healthy persons were 0.436±0.252 nmol/ml （mean±SD）.
