Abstract: This artile reported ECG changes in 93 patients with SAH. Among whom only 15 cases revealed normal EGG. Abnormal EGG findings were prolonged Q-T interval, elevation or depression of ST segment, abnormal T waves, sinus tachycardia or bradycardia and other arrhythmias. The cause and prognosis of EGG changes in SAH were discussed.
