多股肌腱等张编织缝合的生物力学效应

Mechanical effect of isotonic weaving suture on multiple strand tendons

  • 摘要: 目的 评价多股肌腱等张编织缝合对肌腱移植物的生物力学效应。方法 将肌腱分为三组:I组为等张编织缝合组,II、III组为不同非等张编织缝合组。每四股肌腱长度约为10cm,直径约为6mm,将肌腱编织缝合后进行力学试验。结果 等张编织组肌腱移植物刚度、弹性模量显著优于非等张组。非等张组载荷-位移曲线上有受挫点,其前后刚度、弹性模量有统计学差异。结论 多股肌腱移植重建ACL,保持各股肌腱间等张对提高移植物生物力学特性具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of isotonic weaving suture on multiple strand tendon grafts. Methods Tendons were divided into group I as isotonic weaving suture group, non-isotonic weaving groups II and III. The length and diameter of 4-strand tendons were about 10cm and about 6mm, respectively. Mechanical test was performed after weaving suture of the tendons. Results The stiffness and elastic module of tendon grafts were better in isotonic weaving suture group than in non-isotonic weaving suture group. The stiffness and elastic module of tendon grafts were significantly different between pre-and post-inflection points. Conclusion Multiple strand tendon grafts can be used to reconstruct ACL, which is of great significance in maintaining the biomechanical properties of multiple isotonic strand tendons.
