Abstract: Department's core competitive power becomes one of the most important and effective conception of strategic administration in recent years.This article identifies the core competitive power of medical support department in the General Hospital of PLA,probingly puts forward the buildup and cultivation of the competitive power and the sustainable development strategy,aims to enhance people's recognision of medical support which is between clinic medicine and logistic support,and at the same time,proposes constructive measures for fostering outstanding capability in comprehensive medical support.
