刺激豚鼠正常与损伤面神经诱发面肌肌电图的实验研究

Experimental investigation on triggered EMG by facial nerve stimulation in guinea pigs

  • 摘要: 目的:通过豚鼠实验了解正常与损伤情况下,刺激面神经诱发出肌电图所需电刺激强度的改变及其与面神经预后的关系。方法:通过牵拉、切断1/2与全切断面神经造成不同程度面神经损伤的模型,了解损伤后诱发出肌电图所需刺激强度的变化。结果:面神经损伤程度越重,刺激强度升高越明显,牵拉、切断1/2与全切断后其刺激阈值与正常相比有显著性差异。结论:电刺激诱发肌电图是术中监护面神经功能安全而敏感的方法,并可通过刺激强度大小判断面神经预后。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the changes of triggered EMG by stimulation guinea pigs facial nerve at normal and injured states.Methods: The EMG of facal muscle was triggered by stimulation the facial nerve at different distances. Then a model of facial nerve injury was made by stretch, half cutting or total cutting the nerve into two parts. The intensity of stimulus was compared and analyzed.Results: It showed that the stimulation thresholds increased with the increasing of the injury degree and had a marked statistical difference (P<0.01).Conclusion: The triggered EMG induced by facial nerve stimulation is a safe and sensitive method during IOM and the stimulating intensity may predict the outcome of facial nerve injury.
