血管内氧合器的研制及其仿生学特点

Fabrication of the intravascular oxygenator and exploration of its bionical characteristics

  • 摘要: 目的:探索血管内氧合器的氧合机制,改进氧合器的气体交换效率。方法:采用国产聚丙烯中空纤维,自行设计,研制出一种血管内氧合器。对氧合器进行了动物实验研究。结果:应用血管内氧合器后,能部分改善缺氧及高碳酸血症动物的动脉血气指标,提高动脉血氧分压4.06kPa(P<0.01),降低动脉血二氧化碳分压1.99kPa(P>0.05)。并从仿生学角度进行了分析。结论:可以仿造鸟和鱼类的肺部结构改良血管内氧合器

     

    Abstract: Objective: In order to study the oxygenation mechanism of intravascular oxygenator(IVOX) and improve its practical efficiency Methods: A new IVOX was fabricated using polypropylene hollow fiber membrane and its efficacy was chacked on 9 experimental dogs Results: In vivo experimental testing of IVOX, arterial blood gas was improved in acute hypoxic and hypercapnic dogs The IVOX could increase PaO2 4.06 kPa(P<0.01),and decrease PaCO2 1.99 kPa(P>0.05) Conclusion: The new form of IVOX seems to be sucessful in improving hypoxic and hypercapnia but it is nessesary to further improve its efficiency along with bionics
