小儿急性偏瘫病因分析(附100例脑CT及13例脑血管造影检查)

摘要: 小儿急性偏瘫是由许多不同病因引起的,其中各种原因引起的血管闭塞是本症的常见原因,以感染引起的脑动脉炎占45.3～67.8%。本组根据临床特点,脑CT及脑血管造影检查所见,其可能的发病因素包括非特异性脑动脉炎30例,颅内感染23例,惊厥后脑损伤27例,颅内占位性病变8例,头颅外伤5例,脑血管畸形4例,青紫性先心病2例,烟雾病1例。

Abstract: CT Examinations of 100 casesof acute hemiplegia and its clinical features in infancy and childhood were reported. It was shown that it is mainly caused by infection（53%）, although cerebral injury due to convulsion is also an important factor （27%）.
