Abstract: We discuss one of the most important contents of the modern hospital economic management which is the capital raising and using in this thesis. In order to raise the funds favorably to realize the capital’s value and efficiency, the manager of the hospital must to study the modern method of enterprise management, especially to result the problem of shot cash of running. We need to use the modern theory and financing method to raise the funds, invest the hospital’s instruction and develop to make the hospital running better situation to compete.
